About

About

a bunch of is a series of pocket sciart guides to plant families that give people a chance to discover flora through the artist's lens. No expedition necessary.

Each issue covers a different plant family and includes

  • submissions from artists with diverse interpretations and methods,

  • scientific information from published research, and

  • symbolic meanings (or floriography).

All of it in a small, foldable format.

The pocket guide shows us the familiar but unexpected, as the artists build on nature's designs with their creative minds. May it bring new joy to plant lovers and inspire a new generation of botanists to further unravel nature's floristic mysteries.
